There are no small stages for José Cid . This song is for all those who like me do not like Sunday (some rambling about Portuguese stuff - The New Orthographic Agreement). This great song, that even in it's construction, is very different from other great successes is an essential of the Portuguese music and should be included in the list of mandatory songs to fight the day after Saturday. PS: Another rambling against the New Orthographic Agreement.

José Cid released in 1985 this fabulous "single" that combines an interesting mixture of sounds. On one hand, gypsy influences, reinforcing the characterization of the lovers, on the other, a typical arrangement of string from the late 70s, but already unusual in the mid 80s .
The presence on stage of José, sitting, reciting his poetry, while the drummer performs in a perpendicular direction, reinforcing the various musical directions of this song reveals strong determination.
A special atention must be given to the keyboardist that, with the perfect idea of the importance of this historical moment, shows great concentration and, especially in the early stages, focuses that nothing can go wrong in this interpretation.
Without any doubt, a historical moment of Portuguese music. Or rather, a historical moment.
