"Parallel Lines" é um daqueles discos que sempre que volto a ele, permite-me uma viagem ao passado. Marcou uma era, por todo um contexto, mas principalmente pela sua grande qualidade. Este "Heart of Glass" é sem dúvida um dos seus maiores marcos, todos os seus temas são excelentes (Hanging on the Telephone, One Way or Another, Picture This, Fade Away and Radiate, Sunday Girl, ...). Apesar deste disco já ter uns anos (1978), o seu som continua muito actual.

"Parallel Lines" is one of those records that whenever I listen to it, I go back in time. It marked an era by a whole context, but mostly by it's great quality. "Heart of Glass" is undoubtedly one of its greatest, but all the songs in the record are great (Hanging on the Telephone, One Way or Another, Picture This, Fade Away and Radiate, Sunday Girl, ...). Although this disc already have a few years (1978), it sound is still very updated.
